Download the free CENTRA CONNECT app from the Apple App Store or Google Play or call (304) 623-6002 to book by phone. If it’s your first time using the app, you’ll need to set up an account with an email address and phone number.

CENTRA CONNECT is a convenient shared-ride service designed to get more people where they need to go. Because rides may be shared with other passengers, your trip may include additional pick-ups or drop-offs along the way. This approach helps keep the service efficient, affordable, and available to more riders in the community.

After you set up your account, we’ll need your pick-up and drop-off address (the app will default to the closest address), how many people are traveling, and whether you need space for a wheelchair or walker

A customer traveling with children younger than 4 or weighing 40 pounds or less must be in a car seat provided by the customer. Customers traveling with young children will not be transported without a car seat. The customer is responsible for properly securing the seat in the microtransit vehicle.

Use the app to track your bus and estimated wait time. Arrive at the designated pick-up spot in the app when the minibus is five minutes away. Your driver will wait up to five minutes at the pick-up spot.

Centra Connect buses are branded with the service name on the vehicle.

Rides are $3 per passenger, children under 5 ride free. with an adult

You can pay by using your credit card in the app, or by giving the driver cash.  Exact fare only.

Sorry, all trips must start and end inside the service area. If you have comments about the service area, please let us know through the "Contact CENTRA" section of the app.

CENTRA CONNECT service is available:

Weekdays: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Holiday hours may vary.

Once you book a ride, the ride details are locked. If you need to change your pickup location or destination, you must cancel the original ride and book a new one.

Please note: Repeated no-shows or multiple cancellations after a driver has been dispatched may result in restricted account access. If this occurs, you will be notified through the app or by email.

CENTRA CONNECT is an on-demand service. You cannot book rides for the future. Request a ride when you are ready to go.
